With over 33 years of lending experience, Jeffrey Milat has established himself as a successful loan specialist in all aspects of residential and investment lending.
Jeff’s experience in lending provide him with great knowledge of the many loan programs available today, and how each can benefit his clients. Taking a one-at-a-time approach with his clients, Jeff knows that each client has specific goals and needs and he works closely with his clients allowing him to design a loan program that fits each borrower’s unique situation.
From low down payment programs for first time buyers, to investors purchasing multiple properties, to those refinancing for better loan terms, Jeff has dealt with every type of borrower and situation.
Jeff has been licensed by the Department of Real Estate for 31 years, and the National Mortgage Licensing System since 2010. Jeff works closely with Realtors, escrow companies, title companies, appraisers and underwriters so that his clients’ loans can close on time.
His professional integrity and knowledge of the business has made him an expert on traditional, high value and “out of the box” complex lending solutions.
When he is not helping clients, Jeff enjoys sports and activities with his wife Dawn and their six children.
