Greg Knoll is a professional loan officer with over 30 years of experience. Greg started as a loan officer at California Federal Savings and Loan where he was top producer for 5 years.
In 1992, Greg founded Trans Capital Mortgage where he was again top producer and manger of the team of loan officers. In 1997 he Established William Gregory and Associates with Bill Grasska, a boutique Mortgage firm that flourished for over 14 years which was purchased in 2008.
Greg specializes in high value loans utilizing relationships he has built over many years with institutions and banks that primarily handle high wealth individuals and the specialized needs that accompany large money loans.
Greg is a long time resident of Manhattan Beach, CA, is a proud father of two and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. Greg is also an avid golfer, a longtime member of Wilshire Country Club and in his spare time enjoys skiing and surfing and beach volleyball.
