Greg Knoll is an experienced mortgage professional with more than 30 years of experience in real estate finance. Throughout his career, Greg has built a reputation for delivering knowledgeable, personalized service and developing long-standing relationships with clients, banks, and lending institutions.
Greg began his career as a loan officer with California Federal Savings and Loan, where he was a top producer for five consecutive years. In 1992, he founded Trans Capital Mortgage, where he continued as a top producer while managing a team of loan officers.
In 1997, Greg partnered with Bill Grasska to establish William Gregory and Associates, a boutique mortgage firm that flourished for more than 14 years before being acquired in 2008.
Greg specializes in high-value financing, drawing on decades of relationships with banks and lending institutions that serve high-net-worth individuals and understand the specialized considerations associated with large, complex loans. His experience allows him to provide thoughtful guidance and customized financing strategies for clients with sophisticated lending needs.
A longtime resident of Manhattan Beach, California, Greg is a proud father and grandfather who enjoys spending time with his family. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and longtime member of Wilshire Country Club. He also enjoys skiing, surfing, and beach volleyball.
