Bill Grasska is CEO of Riviera Financial. Bill is setting a new standard in the lending industry, while delivering custom lending solutions.
Bill has been intimately involved in real estate for the past 30 years, directly overseeing billions in residential, multifamily, and commercial property sales. He started his career in 1986 at Glendale Federal Savings and Loan where he was awarded the title “Circle Elite,” representing the top 1% of all loan producers. Bill then became a top loan officer for Bank of America. After expanding his career into mortgage brokerage in 1992, Bill became Vice President in charge of sales at Trans Capital Mortgage. In 1995 Bill cofounded and became CEO of William Gregory Mortgage. William Gregory was one of the most successful Los Angeles based lenders funding over $50 Billion in prime real estate loans.
Bill currently is President of Riviera Financial and Portfolio Escrow; and is licensed under the Department of Business Oversight, and California Bureau of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker. Additionally, he is licensed under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as a Mortgage Loan Originator and is in strict compliance with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Bill, a California native, lives with his wife and children in Pacific Palisades. He is a USC grad, real estate investor, as well as an avid surfer, skier and boater.
